forget about the goals in the previous post .. injured my shoulders... guess got to stop working out already .. sigh ...:(

anw... got back my results and was quite happy with it :)

yesterday ... went to kbox for the first time in my life with Desmond , Junyan , LongKiat and Ziyun .. haha. it was fun ! first time sing in front of ppl siol ._.

looking forward to the next kbox session... :) kerboon and junkiat said they wanna go lol.

going to watch phobia 2 later .. with DA BROS :D

anw .. im gna start posting already.. cuz im sure this 6 weeks holiday will be filled with events ? maybe .. 3 days of holidays passed .. nth happen -_- basically.. playing dota , sleep & gym..
"no life dota!"... "no life training!" .. Lol . i rmb hearing 1 of my classmate saying this after the last paper ... forgot who already. becuz after the paper .. wei jie said " everyday dota lo !" and patrick said " everyday training lo! " ..hahas.
ytd , jk helped me to dye my hair .. in the end the colour dam bright and quite uneven.. like a gangster ._. gna dye back to black soon.. or maybe go salon dye a darker colour. hahas.
today went to swim with chuan .. swam 2 laps and stopped -_- too many training going on there .. no space to swim already . f*ck.. decided to went to chuan's house for padwork after that .. felt great man ! it has been so long ever since iv punch that hard.. haha.. went home after that .. suddenly i have the urge to get a new blogskin and start blogging .. this is how i ended up here.. ^^

learn how to cook
go grandma's house more often
get tanned
bench - 200lbs
deadlift - 250lbs
squats - 200lbs <--- lulz.. the consequence of neglecting leg in the early days.
